This notice explains how Gerra Collection handles personal data and cookies on this website, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Cookies
This website uses only one strictly-necessary cookie (gerra_cart_id) to keep your shopping cart. No advertising or tracking cookies are used, so no consent banner is required; strictly-necessary cookies are exempt under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Site performance is measured with cookieless Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

3. Personal Data, Purposes and Legal Bases
Identity and contact data (name, address, email, phone) to take, deliver and invoice orders (contract and legal obligation). Form data (name, email, phone, message, design request) to answer your requests (contract / legitimate interest). Email address for our newsletter (consent). Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, error and performance logs) to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients and International Transfers
Our e-commerce and payment providers (ikas and the payment institution), shipping companies, and hosting and monitoring providers (Vercel, Sentry, Cloudflare), some of which are located outside Türkiye, plus authorities where legally required. Transfers abroad are made with the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

5. Retention
Order and invoice data for the legally required period; form messages for a reasonable time after resolution; newsletter addresses while you remain subscribed.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to object to processing, to data portability where applicable, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to the competent data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Board).
