Return Policy

You may return a purchase within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Orders made specially to your requirements are covered by the "Bespoke (Made-to-Order) Items" section below.

How do I return an item?
Within 14 days, email info@gerracollection.com with your order number and your return request. Once confirmed, send the item to:

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and the invoice, unused and undamaged. The glass base and cast parts are fragile, so please pack the item with the same protective materials it arrived in. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Refunds
After your withdrawal notice reaches us, the item is inspected on arrival and we notify you by email. The purchase price is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of the date your notice reached us; we may withhold the refund until the item is received or you prove you have sent it. If you have not received the refund, check with your bank and card provider first.

Return Shipping Costs
Domestic (Türkiye) returns: shipping is covered by Gerra Collection. International returns: the buyer pays return shipping, customs duties and taxes.

Exchanges
Items cannot be exchanged directly. Return the item under the conditions above and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If the package arrives damaged, please have the courier file a "Damage Report". If there is none, send photos showing the damage within 2 days of delivery to info@gerracollection.com. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by Gerra Collection and the item is replaced or refunded. Variations in texture and finish inherent to handcrafted casting are part of the product, are not defects and do not affect your right of withdrawal.

Bespoke (Made-to-Order) Items
Items designed and made specially to your requirements are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Turkish distance-selling rules; you are told this before you order. For these items, a return or exchange is accepted only for structural breakage or a manufacturing defect. In that case, write to us with photos within 14 days of delivery; the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Natural variations in finish are not manufacturing defects.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return. Otherwise, the refund is issued to the original purchaser.
