It works both as a bottle stopper and, thanks to its included glass stand, as a display object when not in use.
After each use, remove the inner seal, rinse it under warm water, and dry it with a soft cloth. Polish the steel figure with a lint-free cloth; do not wash in a dishwasher. When the bottle is open, rest the figure on its glass stand, away from direct sunlight.

Zeus's Eagle
The eagle was Zeus’s sacred bird — it carried his thunderbolts, bringing his will down from the sky to the earth. One legend tells that Zeus, struck by the beauty of the young Ganymede, took the form of this eagle to carry him off to Olympus and made him cupbearer to the gods. The eagle has stood, ever since, as the sign of the bond between power and elevation.
This stopper’s eagle figure brings that height down to a table. It is produced in our atelier by investment casting: a hand-shaped wax model, a refractory mould, then stainless steel poured at high heat. Every feather of the wings stays distinct on the hand-finished surface.
The food-safe inner stopper keeps wine from air; when not in use, the figure rests on its own glass stand. It comes in three colour options. Like the eagle that carried Zeus’s thunderbolt, this sculpture, small as it is, brings a certain weight, a certain authority, to any table it sits on.
